SHIPPING POLICY:<\/b><\/p>\n

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9.00 am-17.30 pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at\u00a0<\/span>info@signorinaroma.com<\/span><\/a> within 12 hours from the placement of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment,\u00a0even if sent within the 12-hour window.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If the\u00a0package cannot be delivered, the carrier will be hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us.<\/span><\/i>
\n<\/span>If the\u00a0customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment is sent back to us. In both situations, shipping costs will not be refunded.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an information email with the tracking number for the shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.<\/span>
\n<\/span>If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.<\/span>
\n<\/span>In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier\u2019s office and to contact us at the following email address\u00a0info@signorinaroma.com<\/span><\/p>\n

If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at\u00a0<\/span>info@signorinaroma.com<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
